Spicy Chili Mayo

An easy way to spice up your jarred mayo.  Great on burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and garlic toast (substitute for butter).

½ cup

½ cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce or sriracha

1 teaspoon tamari, soy, or coconut aminos

½ teaspoon sesame oil

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.


You can adjust the heat on this mayonnaise-based on how much chili or sriracha you use.  If you don’t have either in your fridge add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
